What areas do you serve?
I primarily serve Toronto, Mississauga, and the surrounding areas (GTA). If you're outside this region, feel free to inquire, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. (applicable for special events only)
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely! I can customize menus to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences. Please mention any requirements during the booking process.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice will receive a full refund, 3-7 days' notice will receive a partial refund of 50%, Less than 72 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Contact me as soon as possible for any changes.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for private events. However, bookings are subject to the chef’s availability.
Do you cook in my kitchen, or do you bring pre-prepared food?
All meals are freshly prepared in your kitchen to ensure the best quality and presentation. Some ingredients may be prepped beforehand to streamline the cooking process.
What kitchen equipment or space do you need to cook?
A standard home kitchen with a working stove, oven, and refrigerator is typically sufficient. If any special equipment is required, I will let you know in advance.
